Yoga Republica was founded in Kenmore, Washington with a concept to promoting mindfulness, feel-good lifestyle that are beyond comfortable and an objective: to offer a healthy and sustainable living environment with a choice. Thank you for choosing us.

Founder, P.H Knoefler, after having mammoplasty in 2021, she struggled to find a healthy space, especially diagnosed with type 2 pre-diabetes. From this, she became more conscious of her health decisions.  

With a yoga background, and a Master in Science degree, she wanted to play with ingredients and surround her every day space with lightness and freedom.

Anything is possible when you have the freedom to be comfortable in your own skin and feel healthier.
